SIMON M. ADAMS

Mr. Adams was called to the Bar on May 19, 2000, after obtaining his Bachelor of Laws from the University of British Columbia. Mr. Adams held positions as an associate with Clark, Wilson and later Fraser & Company and developed a focused civil litigation practice. In October 2003, Mr. Adams accepted a position with the Department of Justice in the Public Prosecution Service of Canada acting as a prosecutor and legal counsel. Mr. Adams appeared at every level of court in British Columbia including conducting over 100 trials in the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia. Those trials ranged from short one day trials to multi month trials involving judge and jury.

On September 15, 2010, Mr. Adams joined Haddock & Company as an associate. Mr. Adams' practice is focused on non-profit housing law, strata property law and construction law.
