Michelle Wingert was called to the Bar in 2001 after completing articles at Fraser Milner Casgrain’s Vancouver office. She then practiced at Dickson Murray, a boutique civil litigation firm. In 2005, Michelle joined Optimum West Insurance Company where she handled all aspects of liability claims brought against a wide variety of insured parties.
Michelle joined Haddock & Company in June 2007. Her current practice focuses on general insurance defence, cooperative housing and strata property law.
